Aggie Potter founded The Gorilla Search Group, Inc. in early 1999 because she had a passion for working directly with her clients and finding them the exceptional talent they were seeking. She has that uncanny ability to match the “soft skills” of the candidates with the culture and style of each of her clients. That ability is precisely the art of executive search.

With twenty years experience in placing senior level financial professionals and a true attention to details it is no wonder she has been successful and continues to be in high demand. No search is too exotic or complex.

Prior to founding The Gorilla Search Group, she was one of the six Partners in Management Solutions, Inc. from 1988-1999 where she helped build the organization from $1M-$60M+ in revenues. Focus was placing CFO’s and their direct reports. She also managed the full-time search practice group.

Prior to executive search Aggie held Corporate and Divisional management finance positions for ROLM Corporation, Sohio Petroleum and Ampex Corporation. 

Aggie holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and BSC  in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Aggie is a Finance Committee member of the Board of Directors for Silver Creek Valley Country Club.  She is a past Board Member for Junior Achievement of Santa Clara County. In addition to golf she is an avid equestrienne, gardener, traveler and gourmet cook.
